Distribution History

The Fund accrues a daily distribution, which is paid quarterly. Distribution payments are not guaranteed and are determined at the Fund’s discretion.

The chart below reflects historical distributions. A portion of the Fund’s distributions may be treated as a return of capital. A return of capital may occur when some or all of the money that you invest in the Fund is paid back to you. A return of capital distribution does not necessarily reflect the Fund’s investment performance and should not be confused with “yield,” “income” or “profit.” No part of these distributions was from loan proceeds, borrowings or fee waivers. You should not draw any conclusions about the Fund’s Investment performance from the amount of distributions or from the terms of the Fund’s distribution policy.
